Itinerary Map & Chronological Itinerary
Welcome blog followers. Two more weeks to tie up loose ends here at home and say our goodbyes, and then we're off on this amazing 120-day journey. Have no idea at this point how often we'll post, but we'll start with this. We'll be traveling on Viking Cruises' Viking Sun, depicted here, a 930-passenger ship launched in 2017. Here's our route of travel (we join the cruise in Los Angeles on January 5th; the earlier additional three week leg originated in Miami on December 15th and is now underway). Click on "Read More" and then on the map to see the entire route in detail:

ReplyDeleteOh this sounds wonderful - Harold and I are envious !! Enjoy every minute. If there is a shore excursion in Dunedin, NZ, do not miss the golden eyed penguins coming ashore in the evening - it is an unbelievable adventure ! Cannot wait until you join the ship and start blogging
ReplyDeleteThe blog is a great idea - we will follow you! If time in Tahiti permits a side trip, we highly recommend the nearby island of Moorea (about 10 mi away). Spectacular volcanic island with a quiet pace. Wishing you safe and fun travels! Also hope you find a few progressives among the fellow passengers! John and Kim
ReplyDeleteWe will be living vicariously as you traverse the world! May you be blessed with fair winds and following seas!
